dress shirt while you slept. I never wanted to see you cry. 

I felt you close to me, Scully. I knew you could see me in 
your mind; I knew you felt every emotion that I had 
suffered. I remembered every fiber of your being. I 
remembered the memory of our time together - how we 
intricately created a miracle that was growing inside you. 

I wanted to share every passing moment with you. I yearned 
for the experience of massaging your pregnant stomach. I 
kept playing our shared experiences on our recent cases. 

Never had I dreamed that I would be the one that they 
wanted; I thought you were the one. I'm paying the price 
for being lured to Oregon and for our misguided trust in 
Krycek.
